So, what's up my fellow brothers and sisters of the Creed? It's me Supreme, back from yet another hiatus where I've been sort of enjoying Assassin's Creed Origins. Now hear me out before you call me a hater or whatever... it was a good game, but it has one problem, it didn't feel like an Assassin's Creed game in much the same way that Black Flag didn't feel like one either. They were regardless very good games, and Ubisoft has taken directions that I liked... a revamped combat system? It's challenging, and it's fun, but there's no free flow... free flow can still be challenging, just look at the Arkham series.

I think everybody already knows just how incredible ACII was, and still is. Arguably the best Assassin's Creed game ever created by Ubisoft. I'm currently replaying the game and I just got to Venice today, the game looks so great, especially on an HDTV, and I was thinking about the AnvilNext Engine, the gaming engine responsible for ACIII and ACIV. So here's something to consider, and I mean really consider, how much better do you think ACII would be, with the AnvilNext engine in it? I think it would exceed its current greatness and go beyond. Does anybody have any thoughts?
PS: Also, would anybody actually buy ACII remastered with the AnvilNext Engine? I certainly would!Read more >
Before I begin with actually talking about the topic of this blog, may i just say, I love the new graphical overhaul and presentation of the website now, it just looks so good!
I finally got around to beating Black Flag last week, as I was far too engrossed in Batman: Arkham Origins to even care about Assassin's Creed, that and I got stuck on this one particular area with a fort, and a bunch of Man of Wars (Man o' Wars?) that kept dominating my ship every time I entered the restricted area in order to get to the next story mission, I'm sure some of you realize what I mean... it's actually the last story mission I think, or just about.
