Savonarola is not a Templar. Fact. The in-game database says he isn't, he has no connections to them. He was Rodrigo Borgia's main enemy, and if he was a Templar why would he wait for Ezio and the Orsi brothers to be at their weakest so he could steal the Apple? -- Master Sima Yi 08:37, February 14, 2010 (UTC)
Is it just me, or when you open the gates for Catterina, is he standing near them? or is that just a bystander? Spoonodeath 23:54, February 22, 2010 (UTC)
In Battle of Forli? Yep, that's him. Hewkii9 00:27, February 23, 2010 (UTC)
Who voiced him?
Infelix Ego?[]
Could someone please put up what Savonarola says as he burns and its translation? Thanks!
The whole thing isn't said in the game. What he says is: "Infelix ego, omnium auxilio destitutus. Que coelum terramque offendi: quo ibo? Que me vertam? Ad quem confugiam? Ques mei miserebitur? Ad coelum levare oculus non audeo. Quia ei graviter peccavi. In terra refugium non invenio. Quia es scandulum".
However the full translation of what he actually said is: "Alas wretch that I am, destitute of all help, who have offended heaven and earth: where shall I go? Whither shall I turn myself? To whom shall I fly? Who will take pity on me? To heaven I dare not lift up my eyes, for I have deeply sinned against it; on earth I find no refuge, for I have been an offence to it. What therefore shall I do? Shall I despair? Far from it. God is merciful, my Saviour is loving. God alone therefore is my refuge ..."
So it seems to stop just after "What therefore shall I do?" and then Ezio kills him -- Altaïr 18 March, 2010 (UTC)
It seems that Savonarola is present in Forli when you allow Caterina and Machiavelli into Forli after opening the gate for them. Durning the very brief cutscene when they enter, Savonarola can be seen next to the doors, seemingly ready to quickly run out. 122.104.203.226 10:31, August 9, 2010 (UTC)

Does anyone know who voiced Savanarola, or was it uncredited? 98.192.42.30 02:56, September 14, 2010 (UTC)
