Ptahmose (died 38 BCE) was an Egyptian priest who served as one Gaius Julius Rufio's lieutenant in the Sinai Peninsula, overseering the city of Arsinoe. He was also a member of the Order of the Ancients, using the The Mason as his cryptonym.

Ptahmose was a cruel man. He pushed his workers too hard and when someone stepped out of line they were made an example of. Ptahmose believed the Order would last forever, as he told Bayek before his death at the Hidden One's hand.
