Nergüi (1212 – 1279) was a member of the Mongolian Brotherhood of Assassins. Captured as an Apprentice during his scouting of Genghis Khan's camp, he was tortured while imprisoned, leaving his face permanently scarred. Nergüi was eventually rescued by his master, Qulan Gal, and Darim Ibn-La'Ahad when the pair assassinated the Great Khan.
