Accessible via a gap in a rock wall, Jiguey consisted of a spacious cavern partially filled with water brought in from the tides. Used to keep various wares, the den possessed a large storage area, as well as several wooden walkways to get around. Tents were also set up on the beach, where vegetation was able to grow thanks to the hole in the cave's ceiling.
- One of Thom Kavanagh's letters could be found on the shore next to the entrance of the smuggler den.
