After completing the memory "Signs And Symbols, Part I," Ezio Auditore found the following books scattered throughout Constantinople with his Eagle Sense.

After finding and purchasing all the books, a cutscene involving the bookshop owner Sofia Sartor and Ezio Auditore was unlocked at the Assassin hideout in Galata.
