Girolamo Riario, the lord of Forlì, seems to be plotting something. A group of his men broke into the Palazzo Pitti, and murdered several residents, stealing a rare map in the process. We may have lost the map, but we'll make them pay. Kill them without being seen. ~Lorenzo

Ezio Auditore received a contract from Lorenzo de' Medici to assassinate several of Girolamo Riario's men involved in a theft of a rare map from the Palazzo Pitti in Florence, and the murder of several of the palazzo's residents.
Ezio tracked down and assassinated all of the targets, completing the contract.
- Girolamo Riario's involvement in the theft of the map suggested that he used it to pinpoint the locations of the Codex pages scattered across Italy.
